MY user-CENTERED DESIGN PROCESS
Research and Observation

Identifying Users and Ideation
Distilling user research. Building empathy maps. Crafting personas and customer journey maps. Sketching and wireframing.
Wireframing and Prototyping
Testing solutions by simulating the look and feel, and the functionality of a real product. Iterating on feedback and usability tests.
User Testing and Validation
User testing and validation: does the design solve a problem? Usability testing: is the design usable by people?
Iteration
Based on learnings and key insights from user testing, perfect the design by iterating prototypes and repeating user testing.
Implementation and Measurement
Ensure pixel-perfect implementation by a proper hand-off to development teams and perform design QA. Measure, and analyze user data.
